Phishing Email Alert
If you receive a message from the Pastor or other church staff that seems unusual—especially one that creates urgency or asks for help in an unexpected way, especially a request for gift cards—pause before responding.
The pastor will never ask you to provide gift cards.
Phishing emails often look convincing but may come from slightly altered addresses or contain unusual wording. The pastor’s correct email is pastorheather@cpcba.org.
Do not click links or reply directly. When in doubt, reach out to the office (412) 761-1233 or Pastor Heather. Staying cautious helps protect both you and our church community.
